Another internet tool we use here at Simply Helpful is a website program called, Hootsuite.
Hootsuite sends out your business’s social media posts, tweets and statuses for you automatically. Easy to use and quite the time saver, Hootsuite has become a favorite in the Simply Helpful arsenal.

This website program, like MailChimp, has paid and unpaid versions. The free version offers a great foundation for businesses who just don’t have hours to devote to social media. The website works by shooting out prepared messages to your business’s social media sites.

All you have to do is type in your messages for the week, choose which social media sites you would like them to appear on, choose a time and date and voila, you’ve fulfilled your social media quota for the week!

The next tool we’ve chosen to spotlight this week is our very own Simply Helpful Policy and Procedures Guide. This tool’s purpose is right in the name, it guides our clients and highlights their business’s process. This is a great tool to have around for new hires or as a reference piece.
