It’s almost been a month since we made those New Year’s Resolutions.  We might be good at these resolutions at first and then we often set the list aside for “later”.  The holidays were a rush, we’re digging out from under piles of other “later” items and we think and hope that our list will get done at a time when it’s less crazy.  And when is it less crazy, exactly?  Later almost never comes and hope is not a strategy.  It seems we feel there is an unwritten rule about resolutions that says we have to complete them all on our own but that’s not the case at all and especially in our work lives.
